Questions
Will it make things up?
It answers only from your content and shows the source. When the answer isn't there, it says so and offers a person instead.
How much does it cost?
From $350 for a website chatbot on up to 50 pages, $750 for up to 300 pages and PDFs with your branding and a handoff to a person, and $1,500 for an internal assistant with team sign-in and private documents.
What does it cost to run?
Hosting is usually $0 to $20 a month. AI usage is billed to your own OpenAI or Anthropic account and depends on traffic; for most small sites it is a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month.
Is my content used to train the AI?
No. OpenAI and Anthropic don't train on data sent through their business APIs by default.
Which website platforms does it work with?
Any site that can add a small script: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix or a custom site.
